Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and optimize scalable web and mobile applications. This role is ideal for an engineer proficient in React.js, React Native, Node.js, and AWS who thrives in an autonomous, flexible environment.

We follow a remote-first approach, offering complete schedule flexibility. You can perform your 6 to 7 daily working hours at whatever time works best for you, provided you remain available and responsive for key team meetings and syncs.

Key Role Details

• Position Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (MERN & Mobile)
• Work Setup: 100% Remote-First
• Daily Commitment: 6–7 hours daily (Flexible working hours) - 5 days per week
• Meeting Policy: Core availability required for scheduled team meetings and standups
• Compensation: 1.4k EUR – 1.8k EUR / month (commensurate with experience)
• Target Start Date: 1 nov 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Web & Mobile Engineering: Design, build, and deploy web applications using React.js and cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Backend Architecture: Build high-performance RESTful APIs and real-time backend services with Node.js and Express.js.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage basic cloud operations and infrastructure deployment on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS).
• Flexible Execution: Deliver 6–7 hours of productive output daily with high autonomy and strong asynchronous communication skills.
• Team Collaboration: Attend and actively participate in scheduled development syncs, sprint planning, and architectural reviews.
• Code Quality & Maintenance: Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain high test coverage, and write clean, scalable documentation.
